【摘 要】 目的：探讨中医刮痧干预对外感头痛患者疗效的影响。方法：选取2017年1月至2018年9月本院收治的60例外感头痛患者，随机分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗护理措施，观察组在对照组的基础上加入中医刮痧干预。结果：观察组外感头痛患者的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后，两组外感头痛患者的情绪功能、躯体功能、社会功能、角色功能和认知功能评分明显升高(P<0.05)，观察组外感头痛患者的各评分明显更高(P<0.05)。结论：中医刮痧干预能提高外感头痛患者的治疗效果，改善生活质量。
